How far in advance should I order?
Since items are made to order, you should place orders as soon as possible but the recommendation is 3-4 weeks. If available, orders with less than that time frame will be accommodated.
Is full payment due at the time of placing the order?
All orders require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the pickup date.
